Our Story

Workology was founded in 2025 by Sharn Dhami, a People and Operations executive with over 20 years of global business experience, in HR, consulting, and operator roles. She holds a Bachelor of Commerce and Finance degree from the University of Toronto. She has also completed multiple HR certifications including People & Data Analytics, Human Resources Management, Learning Experience Design, Diversity, Equity & Inclusion in the Workplace, and recently a Chief Global People Officer program. Sharn endeavors to be a lifelong learner but also enjoys sharing her extensive HR expertise through mentorship, webinars, panel discussions, and other speaking engagements.

 

Sharn's cross-border leadership experience spans a wide range of industries and companies in the US, UK and Canada - all countries in which she has lived in and managed teams of professionals. She has led multiple business functions including HR, workplace, IT, legal, finance, corporate social responsibility, customer experience, project management, operations, and administrative teams. 

 

As a forward-thinking Workologist, Sharn believes the Future of Work is Now. If we aren't preparing for the workforce of tomorrow, we're already falling behind. With the rise of AI and automation, new ways of working, and an increasingly fragmented and multi-generational workforce, leaders and HR practitioners feel overwhelmed and challenged in trying to stay ahead of these emerging trends.
